1. Email Marketing System
Use Myers' Email Marketing System to send broadcast email to individuals and groups. Each individual has a Contact Type, which identifies the group to which the individual belongs. You can create Contact Types in your back office. Examples of Contact Types include Realtor, Old Clients, Warm Leads, Hot Leads and more. Send a targeted message to any group. Please note that when sending broadcast email to a group, our system limits the number of individuals in the group to fifty. I.e., the group Contact Type must have fifty or fewer members. If the group has more than fifty members, the group email will not be sent. This is done to avoid the possibility of using our system to SPAM. Borrower and Sweepstakes contact types are automatically added to the Contacts list. All others are created manually. Select an existing Contact Type from the drop-down box, or create your own by selecting "Other" and entering a new Contact Type. (Note: Contact data can't be imported to or exported from the contact list.)
Contact type, name, phone numbers, e-mail address, etc. can be edited via the contact's name link in the "Name" column. Contacts may also be added or deleted in this screen.
Search for one or more contacts using any combination of the fields in the form. Use the percent sign, "%" to represent any character(s).
Templates are ideally suited for keeping in touch with contacts. Use and customize our existing templates or create your own. Personalize your e-mail by selecting the merge tags and clicking "Add to body" or "Add to subject." In the Signature text box, add your unique signature.
Creating a template is as easy as creating an e-mail message. Before you send a new template to anyone, be sure to test it. To test a template, enter a check in the check box next to "Test template by sending test email to." Enter your e-mail address and click the "Save" button. You'll receive an e-mail based upon your new template. (Note: HTML and images are not compatible with the system.)
Access and edit existing templates via the template links. Create a new template by clicking the button, "Add Mail Template."
Once you've created or customized an email template, you'll want to use it. In the "To:" drop-down box, select the recipient(s), then click "Send Message.)
