The Manual Rate Sheet is an add-on product. Consumers reach your Today's Rates page via the Today's Rates link at your website. Segments of different rate tables appear below.
Your rate page can display numerous different programs. Rate tables include:
Customized loan program labels are avaliable upon request.



The Manual Rate Sheet is administered in your back office. Login to your back office at www.originatornetwork.com.
Once you've logged into your back office, select:
You'll reach the RateSheet Administration page.
4. Update Loan Programs And Fee Information
Under Update Loan Programs And Fee Information, follow the First Mortgages link to reach several administration screens. Use these screens to add or remove loan programs, administer closing costs, adjust ARM parameters, and add program descriptions. The screens are:

At some point you may want to add loan programs to, or remove them from your website. The process requires two steps:
To add/remove loan programs, select/de-select the appropriate check-boxes in the Add Programs page. This will activate/deactivate related fields in these back office screens:
6. Add/Remove Programs From Website
If you were to select the Customer Service link in the above illustration, you'd reach this page. In this page you would select the programs you wanted added or removed from your website. A Customer Service representative would make the appropriate changes to your website's rate page.
Any fees you enter into any field will increase the APRs at your website. Consumers will not see these itemized fees, however. Enter appropriate fees. You can save time by selecting the check box at the top of the page. It will cause all rows to be populated with the fees you entered into the first row.
In addition to the fees in the previous screen, these ARM variables will affect the APRs for ARM programs at your website. Myers maintains the values for the indexes.
To increase or decrease the APRs at your site, adjust the margin and/or select a different index. After adjusting any parameter(s) and submitting the page, you must submit your rates in the Rate Update Screen in order for the changes to take affect.
You can add comments which are seen below the loan program labels at your website. After you enter a description and submit the page, you must submit your rates in the Rate Update Screen in order for the changes to take affect.
This message indicates your programs have been updated. This is the last screen in this series. Select the Rate Sheet Admin link to return to the RateSheet Administration screen.
11. Update Rates / First Mortgages
To access the Update Rates screen, follow the First Mortgages link under Update Rates.
Enter your rates and points in the Rate Update Screen.
The Lock period is not seen at your website, therefore, there is no need to adjust it. In the right column you'll see APRs which will appear at your website. At the bottom of the page is an Update Rates button. Submit the rate page in order for newly entered rates to appear at your website. APRs are based upon these two loan amounts:

Upon submitting your rates in the Rate Update Screen, you'll reach this screen. From here you can follow a link to modify your rate sheet or view it with APRs.
14. Update Loan Programs And Fee Information / Home Equity Loans
To add or remove HELOC programs to or from your website, please write to cs@myers.com, or call our Customer Service Dept. at (800)693-7770, option 1.

In your back office, behind the Home Equity Loans link illustrated above, are two check boxes, illustrated below. These check boxes must be selected in order to access the Update Rates page for your HELOC programs.

16. Rate Update Screen / HELOC
There are three Home Equity Loans and three Home Equity Lines illustrated below. The tables were split for illustrative purposes.
With the exception of the Notes field, all fields must have a value if any part of the row is in use. You may have a completely blank row.
