1. Benefits of the new Landing Page (Flash Intro)

The Landing Page is a customizable, Flash gateway to your website which has been specially designed for search engine optimization. You can add key words which will be visible to consumers and search engines. As a result, more people will likely find your site in search engine results. Add links to your lead-capture forms, 1003, or any page you wish. Display keyword-rich marketing messages. Select from a variety of dynamic, colorful and inviting Flash images, or upload your own.

2. Access Landing Page Wizard

Mortgage users:  The Landing Page wizard is located in your Website Editor. Access the editor by logging in to your Originator Network (back office) account and following the links: Manage Website | Edit Web Site. Follow the Website tab to Edit Landing page (Flash Intro).

Real estate users:  The Landing Page wizard can be accessed from the Website tab in your Agent Center (back office) account. Follow the Website tab to Edit Landing page (Flash Intro).

Note:  The Landing Page product is identical for both real estate and mortgage users. Images below illustrate a mortgage user's back office.

3. Select Elements

As you select elements from the list, the image displays the affects of your selections. Experiment with different selections to find the right combination of elements for your Landing Page.

Each Flash Intro accepts customizable marketing messages. Select one and view it in the next screen. You can upload your own photos to some introductions.

4. Add Text or Images

Create your customized marketing message. Upload photos when applicable.

5. Select Background Color

Select a Flash background color, your website background color, use the color pallet, or enter your own hexadecimal value.

6. Edit Text Area

Use the text editor to create all-important content. Include key words, links to lead-capture forms and site pages.

7. Preview & Publish

Preview your fully optimized landing page. Go back to make changes. Publish when finished.
