1. Can I point another domain to my site?
Yes, you can point as many domains as you'd like to your current website. There is an additional charge for each additional domain point. Please contact your Account Manager for additional information.

3. Spam protection: Is my website protected against spam?
Yes. CAPTCHA (Completely Automated Public Turing Test to Tell Computers and Humans Apart) technology is used to protect you from receiving spam. A code is randomly generated and displayed on your website form(s). A consumer must enter the code in order to submit the form.

4. Will my web site be found by search engines?
In the Agent Center back office you can edit your page titles, keywords, descriptions, and customized meta tags. This allows your site to be found easily in the search engines where your site is listed. However, in the past few years, search engines have changed their listing policies. The majority of search engines no longer offer free listings. There are extensive help, tutorials and wizards to help you set up your Search Engine Optimization.
5. How do I market my website?

Live Chat is a feature available from within your Web Editor. The Live Chat link is in the top-right corner of the screen. Live Chat will send an instant message to our live Help Desk which is monitored during normal business hours from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. After hours, please email our Customer Service Department at cs@myers.com.
Help text is also available within the website editor for specific features. There may be a help button '?' on the screen in which you are working.
9. Can I customize my web site?
Yes, you can customize your web site. All Myers Agent Websites come with an online Web Site Manager. Through your Web Site Manager you will be able to customize the look and feel of your Myers site, edit your photo and company logo, and much more. You can access your Web Site Manager through your Agent Center back office. Follow these steps to reach your Web Site Manager:

11. How do I get started with my new Myers web site?
It's easy to get started with your website. There are many tools available to assist you.
On your Agent Center back office Home page, you will find useful information about your website. Look to the "Welcome" box for more infomation. Be sure to take advantage of the informational Quick Start Guides.
Select the "Web Site" tab on the top nav bar to see a checklist of tasks and pages to visit and edit. You'll be guided through the website setup process.

12. Where can I see the latest leads from my website?
You can see the latest incoming leads directly from your Agent Center back office Home page. Highly visible, in the center of the page, you will find the latest website leads. Up to fifteen of your most recent leads will be displayed, and you can take action right away. Additionally, a link below your website leads section lets you access all your leads and contacts with one easy click.
Your Agent Center back office also has a "Contacts" tab on the top nav bar. This is the section in which you will see and manage ALL of your leads. The Agent Center back office Home page only shows you the latest leads. Leads are generated from sources listed on your website:
13. How do I edit the Privacy Policy page and make it available to my customers?
The Privacy Policy page is extremely useful for putting consumers at ease when you're requesting confidential information from them. This information may include their address, phone number, social security number and banking information. Even though we make them aware that Myers sites are secure, there still may be some reluctance to transmit this information over the Internet. You can quickly address this with Myers customizable Privacy Policy page.

15. Web site statistics: Why can't I view my webstats?
If you receive a message stating that you are not authorized to view the web page (your web statistics page*), do the following:
(*Norton Internet Security and Norton Personal Firewall pass information directly from their software to our servers, not directly from your back office to our servers. In order to view webstats your back office must pass information directly to our servers.)
